Assessment Services

Learning Post’s Assessments Services are a great way to complete individual unit standards allowing you to pay-as-you-go. This option is ideal for secondary students who need extra NCEA credits for tertiary study or to complete a Gateway or STAR programme. Assessment Services is also perfect for individuals who are unable to commit to a full qualification programme and want to complete each unit step-by-step.

Choose from the Learning Solutions option which provides the learning resources and tuition required for the unit or our Assessment Only option, for those ready for immediate assessment.

Our units have user-friendly books as well as tutor support to help you with your study. This option includes:

• Learning materials (including books and/or CD’s)
• The assessment
• Tutor support through email when extra help is needed
• Marking (including 1 re-sit if required) and tutor feedback
• Registration of credits on the National Qualifications framework
• Administration and postage

 

Assessment Only:

To receive NZQA credits for existing skills, simply complete the relevant unit standard assessment which will be marked by Learning Post. Your successfully completed assessments are then awarded credits which are recorded on the National Qualifications Framework. This option includes:

• Assessment papers
• Marking (including 1 re-sit if required) and tutor feedback
• Registration of credits on the National Qualifications framework
• Administration and postage
